What is PayID?

PayID lets you pay directly from your bank account using a simple identifier (like a phone number or email) instead of entering full BSB and account number details. Payments are typically instant, 24/7, via Osko.

How PayID works

Select PayID at checkout and place your order as normal. Your order will not be processed or dispatched until payment has cleared, so please use your order number as the payment description.

How long does it take?

PayID payments made from a PayID-enabled bank account are usually received within minutes, even outside business hours. Once received, your order will be processed as normal.

What if my bank doesn't support PayID?

Not all banks offer PayID. If yours doesn't, please use our Direct Bank Deposit details instead — see our Bank Deposit page.
