I ordered two cords for my e bike exact same as the previous ones when arrived the bike now cannot go full throttle without shutting off in a couple of seconds and the bike will continuously go flat while I’m riding even though it’s fully charged.

I purchased the 1500w conversion kit. In only 3 weeks the joiners between the powerpack and the 4 cable controller cord had been damaged and required me to purchase a new speedometer and controller cord... I hope the new one ladtlonger than 3 weeks...

I am still awaiting for it to arrive, I hope that it will fix the problem when it does.
