- This bike will be 70% assembled due to transportation regulations, it will be brand new in-box and 30% self assembly required
- Parts that require self-assembly are front wheel, front and rear disc brake adjustment (skilled bike mechanic recommended), handlebar, LCD display.
- Installation guide is NOT provided and professional mechanic installation is highly recommended. Doesn't come with installation tools, you will need some basic tools to install this bike
- Actual colors of the product may vary slightly, due to different device screen settings, lighting conditions, slight differences in product finishes and other factors
- Speed limit and range are for reference only, it depends on the weight of the rider, road, and weather conditions
- Laws regulating e-scooters and e-bikes vary by state. In Victoria, for on-road use, e-bikes must adhere to 250W and 25km/h restrictions, and must be pedal-assist only (no throttle). Please review local regulations, especially if you do not intend to use them off-road or on private property
- We offer one-year manufacture battery & motor replacement warranty for our electric bikes or e-bike kit under non-commercial use.
- We will not be held any responsible for theft, damage, or injury caused while using this product

Warranty will not cover:
- Minor scratches, marks, or imperfections
- Damage due to external causes, e.g. damage by negligent use, incorrect use and tampering with the battery pack, damage by traffic accidents and damage during any transportation, e.g. by couriers
- Damage due to normal wear and tear and maintenance. Wear and tear items that are not covered includes tyres, tubes, brakes, brake pads, wheel spokes, derailleur tuning, gear adjustments, bottom bracket tightening, handlebar adjustments, seat, stand, foot pegs and etc
- If the bike doesn’t reach top speed this is not covered by warranty and if the distance per charge is not as advertised this is also not covered by warranty as this is only an estimation. Speed and range depends on weight, road and weather condition. Batteries lose capacity overtime naturally, so the distance per charge will decrease overtime
- Poor maintenance and any modifications to the product or components
