Place orders before 8:50 AM AEST to ship the same day.
Rates are calculated at checkout—just add items to your cart, enter your address, and view costs. For remote or island locations, a rare surcharge may apply, and we will contact you if needed.
Pickup is only available if payment is made via bank transfer.
You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order is packed. It usually becomes active on the courier's site between 4–5 PM.
If your package arrives with any physical damage, please email us within 2 business days and include clear photos of both the damaged item and the packaging.
The tube is a bit thin but other wise all good.
