My son was very excited to purchase this and could not wait to assemble. We were all very disappointed with the information we provided. The manual he received was not even specific to the 1500W kit he purchased and had different parts in it. We went on to your website and youtube to see if you had posted videos to assist people in putting it together. This is something simple that could be done. My son eventually with two adults and 2 other friends put it together but accidentally pressed the on button and the back tire started spinning at full speed. Luckily he had enough composure to hold the bike as best he could but my glass table was going down in the process and my floor boards now have rubber burn marks we can't remove.
