I ordered a wheel to replace the dented rim on a tdr python e bike(which has been problematic)
I was asked which power model I needed it for then sent the wrong wheel to use and then told they don’t sell the rims and I must have stuffed up
Why would they ask which power level I had if they thought it was for a regular bicycle
They have refused a refund and return or sending me the correct rim
I would highly recommend not buying anything from tdr moto they lie and sell goods of low quality
Great value for a replacement wheel. Very happy with my experience. The rear wheel arrived well packed and in good condition, it will replace a wheel with a broken hub. It would have been helpful to know that cassette type gears don’t fit on this wheel. That’s my lack of knowledge I guess, not understanding the types of gear sets. I had to go and buy a freewheel set, was able to pick up a new one for under $20, which wasn’t a big outlay really. Communication was great. Australia Post gave unrealistic time for delivery, it ended up taking 5 days longer than they said, but that’s their issue , not TDR. I have bought from TDR in the past and will continue to use their products for my bike and e-bike gear :)
