You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order is packed. It usually becomes active on the courier's site between 4–5 PM.
If your package arrives with any physical damage, please email us within 2 business days and include clear photos of both the damaged item and the packaging.

My fault I didn’t check the connections so had to send it back - the adapter however which was ordered later never arrived
For some reason my bike powers on for a second the cuts out so I turn it off then on it does the same
