You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order is packed. It usually becomes active on the courier's site between 4–5 PM.
If your package arrives with any physical damage, please email us within 2 business days and include clear photos of both the damaged item and the packaging.
Arrived with a miss aligned rear wheel scrapping and not really ridable. Asked for advice on easiest way to rectify and was met with test the rim see if its bent. When I did so was told the rim is bent not covered by warranty and would cost me to replace the outer rim immediately shifting the cost and blame off onto me. Once I asked if they realised the bike had arrived that way and was unbidden went round two to be told rims fine if you can fix it we will return 50$ or i can return it on the proviso if they thought it was not a fault with the bike all shipping cost would fall on me. Over all bikes ok for the value to money factor, but on that poor customer service point has someone who never writes a review popping one on for future buyers.
