Relitivly sturdy and holds panniers ok. Actually more structurally sound than thw 50kg rated alternative as I purchased that one also.

Disappointment in the damaged condition of the part, it was chipped and scratched all over, I'm fitting it too a new bike. Thought I was buying a new article.
