I ordered 1 set of grips from their ebay store and the other set from thier main online website.
Both processes were quick easy and simple and the delivery was pretty good, so no difference in service from that regards.
Just dont ask them for help about any thing technical, as they are pretty useless on that front, so know your product before you buy from them. They just pretty much copy - paste from their manufacture/provider so anything outside of that information your on your own.
But they did get back to me in under 24hrs at least, so there is at.
But other than that, they are pretty good place to buy things from, i have saved their store in my favorites and will buy again from them.
For the price these are perfect! Highly recommend
