Worth the $40 but you need to be aware that it is a generic fit and not the same as the Yamaha part. The electrical plug in provided did not line up with my 2007 TTR230 old wiring harness. This required some electrical manipulation by my son who’s a mechanic. Otherwise I couldn’t have used the light.
